This policy exists because Zak has a severe allergy to canola oil.
For safety reasons, EZ Bakery does not use canola oil in any baked goods,
fillings, or food preparation — ever.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, EZ Bakery products
do use soybean vegetable oil where oil is required.
This disclosure does not apply to canola oil, which is never used
under any circumstances.
